Welcome!
Whether you are new to our organization or a returning member, we would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you for being part of a great athletic social organization. NAGVA has a rich and diverse twenty six year history promoting sportsmanship and fun among our members.
Important Update on Joining as a New Member
As we approach our January goal for going live with the new website and database integration project, please be aware - players looking to join NAGVA will be added to the database in the first few weeks of January. You may continue to submit your information online until then, but the data will not added until the new database is complete. We do not expect this to cause any problems. New players who are on rosters for the New Orleans tournament may also take care of registration on-site at the tournament, at the normal online rate ($35).
Tournament Summaries: Results, Ratings & Awards
In our effort to keep players more informed about rating changes throughout the season, we are rolling out new procedures for timely reporting of tournament results AND summaries of rating changes. In addition to the normal updates to the database that are performed following each tournament, we will provide a summary report and make it available for viewing online

Playing "Down" a Division No Longer Allowed
Many of you have already emailed questions about the new rule, which prohibits players from playing down a division from their individual rating (i.e. No "A" rated player allowed on a BB Team, etc.). To help answer your questions, we have put together a more detailed explanation of how the rule will be implemented, and how players, teams, and tournaments may be affected.
