Slight corrections concerning Deutsche Presse Agentur (dpa) news: although Norway and Denmark have LG marriage laws, same does NOT apply to Sweden. Only some co-habiting laws include same-sex couples in Sweden. Sweden, as well as Finland from the Nordic countries are preparing a full set of registration of same-sex partnerships, which indeed do allow same marriage rights as the laws for heterosexual couples. Only exception is the right to adopt children which the law would not cover. Finnish Parliament is however considering to grant the adoption rights to the LG couples as well. More information of the Swedish LG rights can be obtained from RFSL, PO Box 350, S-10126 Stockholm, tel: +46-8-7360213. More information of the Norwegian LG rights can be obtained from LLH, PO Box 6838, St. Olavs Plass, N-0130 Oslo, tel +43-22361948.
