(See my previous postings.) Notable was also the fact that Prime Minister Mr Paavo Lipponen gave full support to the Private Bill! It is known that only 3 ministers out of 18 are opposing the parnership law. Also in the Cabinet the ministers have had their discussion (in March) in vain: the Minister of Justice refused to make any effort to prepare the law.
