Subject: Asylum for gay man from Armenia

Copenhagen, Denmark: The Danish Refugee Review Board, in a surprising
decission, today granted a 26 year old gay man from Armenia
refugee-status in Denmark because of his homosexuality. It is the first time
that a gay man from Armenia has been granted asylum in Denmark because of
his sexuality. The application has been pending for more than two years
before a decission was made today.
