Zimbabwe's homophobic president, Robert Mugabe, will be the keynote speaker
at a banquet in Milwaukee on October 25.  I've posted further information
on this event in alt.politics.homosexuality.  The original announcement by
the sponsors of the conference may be found in
soc.culture.african.american.  Please see to it that this event receives
publicity in the gay media in the midwest, so that an appropriate reception
may be arranged for Mr. Mugabe.  Thanks.
