Citizens for Fairness / Hands Off Washington & Related Events in and near King County The mission statement of the statewide organization Citizens for Fairness / Hands Off Washington reads: Washington Citizens for Fairness/Hands Off Washington (WCF/HOW) is an organization established to defeat organized statewide political efforts which limit or deny the civil rights of any resident of Washington. Our immediate goal is to defeat threats to civil rights based on anyone's actual or perceived sexual orientation. The people participating in the formation of the Hands Off Washington KING COUNTY COALITION would like to emphasize that all meetings are open, and we would like to extend a warm welcome to anyone who supports the Hands Off Washington mission statement to join us, regardless of sexual orientation.
