SALT LAKE CITY -
 Gay and Lesbian Utah Democrats leaders will testify today for the "Purchase
of Insurance Procee
ds" bill, H.B. 69, which is sponsored by Democratic state Rep. Pete Suazo.
The bill is being considered at the state House Business, Labor and Economic
Development Standing Committee meeting at 3:00 p.m. in room 405 of the state
Capitol Building. The bill is being supported by GLUD and groups like the
People With AIDS Coalition of Utah, the Utah AIDS Foundation and the Utah Log
Cabin Club.
