Subject: Gay officials in Dallas, Texas

FYI - In citywide elections held last Saturday, John Loza was elected to 
replace Craig McDaniel, who chose not to run, in the Dallas City 
Council. Both men are openly gay.
Chris Luna, Dallas' other openly gay councilperson, also did not run for 
re-election. He was not replaced by another openly-gay candidate.
