Our House of Portland Kicks Off Signature Fundraiser Event; "Dinner 
at My House for Our House" to be Bigger than Ever


Portland, OR--Our House of Portland, a residential care program for 
men and women living their last days with AIDS, is planning the 
organization's signature event, Dinner at My House for Our House.

"Dinner at My House for Our House" sponsors provide a themed dinner 
or brunch in their homes for a minimum of eight guests.  Tickets for 
each event are $50.

This event, which has sold out every year of its existence, runs from 
September 15 through December 15, to accommodate the largest number 
of guests possible.  All proceeds go to Our House of Portland.  Meals 
are
prepared by sponsors or are catered, and have a wide variety of 
themes.

Last year's hosts included Margie Boule, Scott Thomason and Debbie 
Autzen Thomason, and Lisa and Paul Braval.  This year's host list so 
far includes the Thomasons once again, artist Sherrie Wolf along with 
a piano solo by Dr. Ron Potts, Lora and Dan Hecht of West Linn, and 
Multnomah County Chair Beverly Stein along with Jerry Weller, Tony 
DeBlase and Dr. Andrew Charles.  Co-chairing the event this year are 
Ann Dant and Gary Maffei. 

Events will be published through a program book featuring menus and 
themes for each event.  Those who wish to attend a dinner (or 
dinners) may request a program by calling Kimberly Webster, Our House 
Director of

Contributions to Our House of Portland are tax deductible to the 
fullest extent of the law.
