Activists in Montana are mobilising NOw to repeal the state's ``deviate sexual
misconduct'' law during the 1993 legislative session. The law bars sexual 
contact between two persons of the same sex and carries a sentence of 10 years
and/or a fine of $50 000. Currently 25 states and the District of Columbia have
sodomy laws.
