I have received a news release from the AC, and will send it along after I have entered it. Paul Summers, director of the AC cites "Procrastination" as the reason for their failure. He also vows that they will continue the fight on another front, because "this moral, social and cultural warfare for the hearts and lives of our families will go on because of the homosexual activists' determination to overthrow those ideals that make this country great in favor of their personal, selfish, sexual pleasures." He refuses to name how many signatures they did get. Five press conferences by Show Me Equality, the campaign opposing the initiative are scheduled for around the state today. Our message: watch out for the radical rights folks, they want to take political power in our state...
