According to a Chicago lesbian activist who was in the audience, lots of supporters filled the audience, but the show got really rowdy and nasty at times. I haven't spoken with Brenda or Wanda today, so I'm not sure how they feel the show went. I hope the fundies were the ones shouting, but we'll see. Federal intervention: at a press briefing today, Reno responded to a reporter's question about the issue by saying that the DOJ is reviewing the situation. (Last Thursday she said she didn't know about it). Letters from individuals and organizations to Reno are still needed. Letters can be mailed and/or faxed to the following: Hon.
