1 The following folder contains a copy of my senior thesis, entitled "Be All You Can Be But.... An Examination of the Constitutional Perspectives of the Ban Against Gays and Lesbians in the United States Armed Forces." I wrote it for my BA, in political science, at Washington College in Chestertown Maryland. The thesis is contained in one file (TSTHESIS.TXT), and for convenience it has also been broken down into manageable sections: Introduction (TSINTRO.TXT), Chapter One (TSCHAP1.TXT), Chapter Two (TSCHAP2.TXT), Chapter Three (TSCHAP3.TXT), Chapter Four (TSCHAP4.TXT), Conclusion (TSCONCL.TXT), and Cases Cited and Bibliography (TSCASES.TXT). The whole thesis is approximately 50 pages, single spaced with one inch margins. If you want to know more about this subject check out the list of cases cited and the bibliography. I would recommend "Conduct Unbecoming" by Randy Shilts for fun light reading. If you want more of a legal perspective check out "Sexual Orientation and the Law" by the Editors of the Harvard Law Review or any of the cases discussed. Please excuse any grammatical or spelling errors that you might find... : - ( All of the information contained in this work is correct to best of my knowledge at the time it was written. IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE LET ME KNOW BY SENDING ME A NOTE ON EMAIL, INCLUDE ANY COMMENTS, CRITICISM OR QUESTIONS YOU MAY WISH. P.
