Naval Lt Tracy Thorne came out publicly on NightLine Tuesday
night -- before alerting the military.  This brave man graduated from 
Vanderbilt in 1989, and is a member of Vanderbilt Lambda.  He plans a 
full battle against the military policy.  Letters of encouragements a

	He asks you to write your Congressional Representative.  Pat
Schroder has introduced legislation to repeal the ban.  The timing
could not be greater. Tracy's legal battle and the Congressional 
debates that will ensue, as well as election year politics are coming
together.
