Subject: Mayor Signs Fairness Ordinance

Louisville, Ky., February 1, 1999, 12:59 pm.

We just received word that Mayor Dave Armstrong of Louisville has just signed
the Fairness Ordinance that was passed last Tuesday.  The ordinance protects
citizens against workplace discrimination on the basis of their sexual
orientation or gender identity.
