There were two phone numbers listed in the message, one for phone 502-895- 6263, and one for fax, 502-897-2426. When I tried both numbers I received the same pre-recorded message. You could either send a fax, or stay on the line for the day's pollen count. There was no way to actually talk to a live human being. I'm going to fax in a request to have them mail me the info. but I wonder if they've disconnected their phone lines or something. Emily
