HELP IS NEEDED WITH THE SHEILA HOCHHAUSER RE-ELECTION CAMPAIGN!

Sheila Hochhauser (D-Manhattan) is one of our local Kansas State
Representative in Topeka. Hochhauser has been a longtime friend of our
community and was a vocal opponent of the "Cornfield Resolution" last year
when Radical Religious Right legislators tried to introduce anti-gay &
lesbian legislation.
 
Now she needs YOUR help. Sheila is facing a TOUGH reelection campaign.
 
Volunteers are needed to provide 4-5 hours of time in September to go
door-to-door in Manhattan, registering voters.
 
A Training session will be held:
 
Thursday, Sep. 1 @ 1930. at the Douglas Center Annex (Yuma St.)
 
SHEILA HAS LONG BEEN A FRIEND OF OUR COMMUNITY - HERE IS A CHANCE FOR THE
MANHATTAN QUEER COMMUNITY TO DEVELOP STRONGER TIES WITH OUR STATE
