During a Religious Right radio broadcast, Kelly Walton, leader of the ICA made his announcement. He said he had 55,490 signatures, 39,000 of which are estimated to be validated. A total of 32,068 were needed. Walton was surrounded by members of the Idaho Family Forum -- a branch of Colorado's Focus on the Family group. Formerly known simply as the "anti-gay initiative," it will now be called "Proposition 1." More news tomorrow. Submitted by BoiseBear@aol.com ============================================
