In an early report filed from Bill Woods about Hawai`i House Speak Joe Souki's press conference of this afternoon. Souki said in essence that the Legislature did not necessarily have to meet tomorrow's deadline to put a proposed constitutional amendment the Governor's hands. Also was alerted by Bill that the Honolulu NBC affiliate was filming in Senator Chumbley's office this afternoon while the entire staff, Chumbley included, was doing their best to fend all the incoming phone calls. Video of both should be available on tonight's local news broadcasts on the Honolulu affiliates: 5pm: ABC NBC CBS 6pm: FOX ABC NBC CBS 9pm: KFVE (NBC feed) 10pm: FOX ABC NBC CBS I try to catch the ABC or CBS newscast at 5pm, then the FOX newscast at 6pm, the NBC newscast on KFVE at 9pm, and either the CBS or ABC newscast at 10pm.
