There is a fairly good chance of a successful outcome here.  But, like
the plaintiffs in a similar case in DC, the ones in HI have racked up
some legal debts in the process -- about $20,000 worth.  Any donations
anybody cares to make to their cause should be sent to:

Checks should be made out to the GLCC.

If they win their case, same-sex marriages will be _completely_legal_
in the State of Hawaii, with full rights.  I know I feel a tremendous
debt of gratitude to the couples for the work they are doing to secure
us one of the most important marks of full citizenship in this country.

They also have nifty T-shirts for sale, to raise funds.  I'll post
prices when I get them, which should be in a day or so.
