Lauderdale Gay and Lesbian Community Center. On Wednesday evening, September 18th, representatives from over twenty South Florida community organizations joined the official kick-off- signing ceremony for South Florida's Second Annual Winter Gayla, organized and founded by Arnoldo Ramirez. Winter Gayla '98 represents ten days of festive celebrating that commences on February 6, 1998 with a welcoming reception that will highlight organizational displays, event registration, and an on-line activities information center staffed by a task force of representatives for all the participating groups. Winter Gayla promises to be one of the most successful seasonal events yet planned by community-wide organizers who foresee the '98 gathering as one of the most promising seasonal destinations of the year. AAR Productions, Inc. expects that "Fantasies 2," a dazzling circuit party being held at the Design Center of America, will attract thousands of visitors from across the United States and from around the world. "This is the largest cooperative community effort that I've seen in my 16 years in South Florida. I am very excited about it," said Mark Canterbury, Co-chair of Pride South Florida and President of the International Association of Lesbian and Gay Pride Coordinators. Dilia Loe, Executive Director of the Ft.
