Date: Thu, 30 Nov 1995 17:05:48 -0500 From: ASLeonard@aol.com The Arizona Republic reported on Nov. 24 that the judges of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed an earlier decision and have moved to add "sexual orientation" to the non-discrimination policy for the circuit. According to the article, all federal court employees in the 9th Circuit will now be protected from anti-gay discrimination by court policy. This is pretty terrific, seeing as how the majority of judges in the circuit and district courts were appointed by Reagan or Bush. Art Leonard, NY Law School
