Subject:  EPA adds sexual orientation to NON-DIS policy



On Friday, October 14, 1994, Carol M. Browner, Administrator for the
Environmental Protection Agency, added sexual orientation to EPA's
Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement in an all-employees
memo.

"Discrimination or harassment based on this factor is unacceptable
and will not be tolerated at EPA..."
