Heard on THIS WAY OUT (the international gay and lesbian radio magazine): The 1993 Federal Lesbian and Gay Rights Bill has been introduced into Congress. It is co-sponsored by Pat Schoeder (D-CO), Henry Waxman (D-CA), Don Edwards (D-CA), Gerry Nadler (D-NY), Gerald Studds (D-MA) and Barney Frank (D-MA). HR-431 would prohibit discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation (actual or percieved) in the following areas: 1) housing 2) employment 3) credit 4) sale of goods or services 5) education 6) federally assisted programs 7) public facilities
