INTERNET: EP4417A@AUVM.American.EDU Listserv: AUGLBC-l@American.EDU Message from Co-president Erik Paul Welcome - whether you are a returning member of the American University Community or are a new friend. With each new year at the university, the Gay, Lesbian, & Bisexual Community takes a different shape. I have come to find that over the summer many of our returning members have experienced different aspects of their orientation, be it Lesbian, Gay, Heterosexual, or Transgender. This is a wonderful part of the growth process for the group itself, because of the change it brings to the dynamics of the organization. Besides being a growth process for the group it also becomes a tool for learning for others. When we see past or new members expressing their orientation in new and different ways it provides us with the encouragement to test new ground, which in the end is what college is all about. So this year I hope that all of our members become involved with the GLBC and add new facets to their life by testing new ground. Erik Pride is the Wave of the Future - Catch it!t P.S. !!!!!!!!!!!!!
