Topics will include learning from our goodbyes, daring new beginings, and developing staying-power--learning more about the ingredients of long-lasting and satisfying relationships. The workshop format will include time for individual reflection and voluntary sharing of experiences and insights and practising relationship skills such as active and non-defensive listening and "fighting fairly".
