   COLORADO: State ban on local anti-bias laws that protect
homosexuals, overriding gay-rights ordinances in Denver, Aspen and
Boulder. Approved 54 percent to 36 percent.
   TAMPA, Fla.: Repeal of gay-rights ordinance. Approved 58.5
percent to 41.5 percent.
   PORTLAND, Maine: Repeal of gay-rights ordinance. Defeated 57
percent to 43 percent.
   OREGON: Declaration of homosexuality as abnormal. Defeated 57
percent to 43 percent.
