The following went out on IWG letterhead listing 10 congregations and religious
organizations and 42 clergy from 14 faiths and denominations. If you are in
the general Philadelphia area and represent a congregation or religious
organization or are clergy, let us know if you want to be added - all faiths
are welcome. We will also be happy to help start similar organizations in
other areas.

Dear Editors:

Thank you for the piece in the Living Religion section
about the debate over sexual orientation and
Christianity. The Serge and Bacchus print and caption
were an especially welcome positive addition. While
the article was well balanced, it did concentrate
somewhat on the negatives and ignored positive passages
such as Galatians 3:28, which is a favorite of many
Christians: "There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is
neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor
female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus."

Sincerely,
