One of the most unfortunate obstacles to coming out are religious organizations that tell people that they must choose between their homosexuality and their faith. Fortunately there are congregations, clergy, and religious support and advocacy groups from many faith traditions throughout the Philadelphia area that are dedicated to helping individuals integrate their sexual and religious lives.
