Dear Editor:

Thank you for your editorial about ENDA and DOMA.  It
should also be pointed out that the moral and
religious sensibilities of many Americans are being
completely ignored by our nation's refusal to treat
sexual minorities as first-class citizens who are as
entitled to a job and a legally-recognized mate as
heterosexuals, and by the underlying assumption that
heterosexuals are somehow morally superior.  More
importantly, the current situation in marriage and
employment for gays does not pass the constitutional
tests of religious establishment, religious exercise,
or equal protection under the law.
