  Regarding your request for information on gay readings of Jewish scripture,
there's a volume called "Twice Blessed: On Being Lesbian or Gay, and Jewish"
edited by Christie Balka and Andy Rose.  There are five essays in a section
called "Reclaiming our History" which provide gay/lesbian readings of several
Torah and Midrash tales.
  Also there is a bibliography at the end of the book, listing texts like
"Nice Jewish Girls: A Lesbian Anthology" and "The Tribe of Dina: Jewish
Women's Anthology."
