Mel White is being held in jail in Virginia Beach for trying to start a dialog with Pat Robertson over Pat's abuse of lesbian and gay people. White's charge is tresspassing and he may be held in jail until March 28. Robertson refuses to acknowledge White. White is "fasting for understanding" while in jail. White hopes to speak to Robertson so his organization will stop the attacks of misinformation against gays and lesbians. ACTION 1 Mel's lover Gary Nixon just spoke to me.
