LSG is an organization of gay, lesbian, and bisexual Esperanto-
speakers with members in 40 countries.  There are 3 publications
presently serving our international community:  *Forumo*, the organ of
LSG, appears 5-6 times yearly.  *La Burg^onigilo*, a literary gazette
which also carries North American news items, appears monthly.  *La
Bugradilo* offers male erotica at irregular intervals.  All are sent 
in plain sealed envelopes, unless you indicate that they can be mailed
unsealed (which permits us to pay substantially reduced postage).

LSG meets monthly in San Francisco on the 2nd Saturday, and there are
other local groups in North America and Europe.

We offer a different version of the 10-lesson postal Esperanto
course (with somewhat spicier vocabulary) in versions for lesbians 
and gay men.  The course is conducted by snail mail.  Enclose a 
self-addressed envelope with postage affixed (or include an 
International Reply Coupon) and write to:

Joining LSG helps us continue to be a source of information and hope
for our sisters and brothers in places where it's hard to be gay,
lesbian or bisexual.  Contributing over and above your dues, or
becoming a sustaining member, enables us to subsidize membership
for persons in Eastern Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

Contributions from our members also help us to pay the expenses of one
or two people each year to travel to our annual meeting, usually held
in conjunction with the Universal Congress of Esperanto.  For many of
the beneficiaries of the Congress Fund, their time with their fellow
LSG members is the first time they have ever been able to be themselves
with other People Like Us.  Beneficiaries are usually people from
Eastern Europe or the Third World who could not otherwise afford to
participate.
