Law Testimony on House Bill 1695, a revision to Virginia code that would decriminalize private non-commercial sexual behavior between consenting adults, is likely to be heard by the House Courts of Justice committee's Criminal Law subcommittee on Sunday, January 29. HB1695 is sponsored again this year by Del. Karen Darner (D-Arlington) who asks that as many persons as possible attend the subcommittee meeting. The meeting begins at 1:30pm in the General Assembly Building on Capitol Square in Richmond. Any guard or attendant can direct you to the proper House committee room. ACTION #1: Contact your friends and attend the 1:30pm Criminal Law subcommittee meeting on Sunday, Jan. 29. Del.
