The Houston chapter reports that Steve Wasserman, General Manager of KPRC, the NBC affiliate, went on the air yesterday with an editorial in support of PFLAG and Project Open Mind. His editorial was rerun twice during news programs. Congratulations to the Houston chapter for their successful efforts at media outreach following the CBN threats. We plan to issue a press release tomorrow announcing the Hogan and Hartson decision to offer us pro bono representation against the CBN's harassing legal threats. The text will be reproduced here as part of tomorrow's update.
