discrimination based on sexual orientation when conducting security
clearances for members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  We are
pleased that the Department of Justice has acted to abolish an unfounded and
blatantly discriminatory policy.  We trust the Department of Justice will see
that the new policy is followed, and urge you to continue to bring your
leadership in this area to all of the divisions of the Justice Department.
