The National Gay & Lesbian Task Force Policy Institute has an immediate
opening for the fulltime position of Workplace Project Director. 

This organizer will develop and implement a national workplace organizing
plan from NGLTF's Washington, DC or San Francisco, CA office. The successful
candidate must have demonstrated experience in: corporate, labor, or public
sector workplace organizing; multicultural work; and gay, lesbian, bisexual
grassroots organizing. Must possess excellent communication and organization
skills, the ability to develop and foster working relationships and contacts
in coalitions, and the ability to work independently. Travel required. People
