	1,500 - 2,000 gay, lesbian and Bisexual activists from around the
		county.

	100+ workshops presented by national experts in direct action,
		state civil rights bill, sex media skills, fundraising,
		working with a Board of Directors, the changing demographics
		of AIDS, queer art and censorship, much more.

		Creating Change Registration Form

Registration forms must be postmarked and returned with payment by Friday,
October 23, 1992, to Creating Change 1992, NGLTF Policy Institute, 1734 14th
Street NW, Washington DC 20009-4309. Incomplete forms or forms without payment
will be returned to sender and will result in unnecessary delays. Please
complete a separate form for each participant. No refunds will be given for
registrations canceled after Friday, September 25, 1992. All cancellations
subject to a $25.00 administrative fee. Scholarship assistance for low-income
and student activists is available for the Pre-Conference Institutes and for
the Conference. For more information, see Scholarship Information in this
