I would like to welcome you all to the NGLTF Police Institute
Conference. Hillary and I would like to thank you all for the hard
work you have done for the advancement of human rights for gay and
lesbian people everywhere. It is an inspiration to us all.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone of you
for your tremendous support during our campaign for change--without
your support our victory on November 3rd would not have been
possible.  I now ask you again for your help and support in
implementing the changes that are needed to get America moving
forward once more.
