    Coral Ridge Ministries August 22nd Vigil for Truth 

The members and friends of the Gold Coast GLB Veterans have
announced their support of the above subject Vigil in light
of the current series of ads appearing in the media relative
to D. James Kennedy's Conversion Therapy for non-heterosexuals.

We are saddened that Coral Ridge Tele-ministries have again
targeted the Gay community in their crusade to "Reclaim American
for Christ." Contrary to what they have alleged, we are not
condemning gays that would like to lead a different life but we
are challenging the honesty in the claim that religious
"conversion therapy" changes one's sexual orientation completely.

Janet Folger, National Director for the Center for Reclaiming
America in Ft. Lauderdale, recently claimed on WFTL radio that
their critics are "Christian bashing" and they been denied their
free speech. We find that hard to believe since they control much
of the Trinity Broadcasting et al where much subliminal anti-gay
messaging is achieved while offering zero tolerance to any voice
of credible opposition.

As before and to this day the members and friends of AmFedVets
call upon all good Christians and non-Christians alike to follow the path of 
the "Golden Rule" and avoid the bumpy road to "Reclaiming America" for 
whatever that agenda of exclusion may unveil.
