Box 1281, Ft.Lauderdale, FL 33302 (305) 563-3626 FREEDOM OF SPEECH CHALLENGED ON INTERNET While the leadership of the Broward Log Cabin Club of Florida understands the concern of Legislators on the issue of access to information that citizens consider sensitive it also appreciates the absolute right of a free press and free speech which is guaranteed under the Constitution. Truth, credibility and access to information must not be withheld from any citizens with the right to know and the right to participate in the free exchange of information on the internet. Log Cabin Club of Florida commends Eric Rittberg, National Chair of the Republican Liberty Caucus, for his position on the issue. We add our voice to that of the Libertarian Party, the American Civil Liberties Union and the GLB Vets. We ask all who believe in the principal of "Freedom of Speech" and "Freedom of the Press" to let their voices ring out on December 12th as we join the Task Force and others in a "A National Internet Day of Protest."
