CONFERENCE:  16-19 NOVEMBER 1995  IN TORONTO, CANADA


The International Network of Lesbian and Gay Officials (INGLO) is an
organization that brings together "out" politicians and elected officials to
discuss strategies, issues, and shared concerns.  We support local, state,
provincial, national and international legislation outlawing discrimination
based on sexual orientation, race, sex, marital status, disability status,
national or ethnic origin, and age.  We also support multiple strategies to
deal with AIDS and AIDS-related illnesses.  We are committed to, and support
efforts to achieve full equality for gay and lesbian people everywhere.

The annual conference is the highlight of INLGO activity, and this is your
invitation to attend.  For the first time ever, the conference is being held
outside the U.S., in Toronto, Canada, and we're looking forward to welcoming
INGLO delegates to one of North America's most dynamic cities.

This will be a forum for you to network with colleagues from home and abroad,
and discuss shared concerns and problems.  It will be a useful springboard
for ideas on political and social issues.  Informative workshop and plenary
sessions will allow you to stay informed on issues around the world.  A
keynote address by Doug Sanders, Chair of the International Lesbian and Gay
Association's United Nations Working Group for Geneva, will be a highlight.

Other conference events will include a Thursday night reception hosted by
Toronto's Mayor at City Hall Rotunda, as well as a plenary session: U.S.
Election 1996 facilitated by David Clarenbach, Executive Director of Gay and
Lesbian Victory Fund.
