IGLOO, The International Gay & Lesbian Outdoors Organization, is the
largest all-volunteer lesbigay outdoors network.  Our membership is
comprised of over 100 groups worldwide (and growing) which
sponsor high adventure outdoor activities.  Our chapters organize a
wide variety of activities, each offering a comfortable setting in
which to meet new people and develop lasting friendships in a healthy
environment.  Whether you seek the quiet serenity of a day hike or the
fellowship of a group campout, our mission is to promote friendship,
enjoyment, and appreciation of the outdoors through high adventure
outdoor sports.  Member groups swap newsletters and ideas and
periodically join in combined activities.  Communications and shared
resources allow individual groups to tap into a wellspring of
adventure.  Who said coming out would be boring?  It doesn't have to
be.
