GAY PRIDE EVENT INFORMATION ON LARECO, TX & NUEVO LAREDO, MEXICO / MAY 25, 1995

June 16-25 will be International Gay/Lesbian Pride Week in Laredo, and its
sister city, Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. Plans include sponsorship by several local
organizations, a mayoral Gay Pride Month Proclamation, an annual birthday
celebration of all gay 18th birthdays since last June. The "OCHONIERO" will
introduce legally eligible young persons to "Gay Society" . Other events will
be at the local bars - DISCOVERY, ECLIPSE, 
CRUCEIROS', CIELO DE LOS MUERTOS and DALLAS COWBOYS'.
Plans also include a motor cavalcade to the Houston Gay Pride Parade with
possible participation in the march. The theme will be "Make your sex safe,
not sorry!"
