Subject: Victory Fund 

I am a member of the board of directors of the Gay and Lesbian 
Victory Fund, a national organization dedicated solely to 
helping elect openly gay and lesbian people to state, local, 
and federal public office.  You may also know me from my 
involvement in the gays in the military issue, in which I have 
been fighting as a plaintiff in a lawsuit to overturn my 
discharge from the Naval Academy in 1987.

I believe strongly that effective utilization of the Internet 
and other computer resources will play an important role in 
increasing the participation and effectiveness of our community 
in the future, and would like to find out how to help groups 
like the Victory Fund, HRCF, Lambda Legal Defense and others to 
gain access through services like QRD.  Can you advise me on 
how to accomplish this?  Your help would be greatly 
appreciated.
