This prejudice-reduction curriculum contains lesson plans, supplementary readings and a bibliography. The lessons are entitled: Homophobia and Violence, A Lesson in History, Dispelling Myths and Falsehoods, Troubled Teens , and Preparing Your Class for Speakers on Homosexuality. Each lesson plan has a teacher's guide which includes objectives, vocabulary, teaching strategy, discussion questions, and activities. The lesson on history includes a chronology of important events in the lesbian/gay rights movement and list of famous historical figures who are known to have had lesbian/gay relationships. The curriculum has been approved for use in the Los Angeles Unified School District. It has been styled to be used in conjunction with the Jewish Anti-Defamation League's "World of Difference Campaign."
