A restraining order issued on Friday, March 29, temporarily prevents the Navy from taking action against her. There is evidence that Barnes is one of 60 women targeted in a witch hunt aboard the USS Simon Lake. The next step in this case is a preliminary injunction hearing scheduled for April 12th.
