 by Internet Service Providers

Are you experiencing homophobia or discrimination based on sexual oriention
by an Internet Service Provider?

The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) would like to hear
from people who have experienced or are experiencing problems of censorship
or  are being treated unfairly for being gay by any Internet Service
Provider.  We would like to know the following information:

1.  The name of the Internet Service Provider
2.  The problems you have/are experiencing.
3.  Actions you have taken against the Internet Service Provider.
4.  Actions the Internet Service Provider has taken against you.

Please take some time to answer this survey.  Please cross-post and/or send
to other people who might be experiencing problems.  Your input is
important for our research and quanitfying complaints against any Internet
Service Provider.  All responses should be sent to Loren R. Javier, GLAAD's
