House Bill 1143 in the South Dakota House this week.  These 18
Representatives deserve our thanks for their support.  House Bill 1143 was
passed 49-18.  Some of these 18 have braved taunts and nasty phone calls to
support the position of human and civil rights for gays and lesbians.  All
