Support Egan and Nesbit


   The Supreme Court of Canada will finally be forced to rule on
the rights of same-sex couples in the Egan and Nesbit case.
   Jim Egan and John Nesbit, a British Columbia couple who have
been together for over 40 years, were denied a spousal pension.
Their Charter challenge may have profound implications for all
same-sex couples in Canada.
